In this indie drama, the sarcastically witty Claire Simmons is crippled under the weight of her personal problems, and copes in part by being a member of a chronic pain support group. When one of her fellow members in the group tragically commits suicide, Claire tries to find out why. She quickly becomes obsessed with the case, and as her investigation intensifies, her own problems begin to rear their ugly head.
