Kevin Myers, Jim Levenstein, Paul Finch, Chris "Oz" Ostreicher and Steve Stifler have established lives and careers after graduating from high school. The gang gets together for a weekend in East Great Falls for a 10-year high school reunion. The friends discover how their lives have grown over the years: Kevin and Ellie are married, and he is an at-home architect; Jim and Michelle are still married and have a 2-year-old son, but their sex life is diminishing; Finch is still searching for true love and travels the world; Oz lives in Los Angeles with supermodel girlfriend Mia and is an NFL sportscaster; and Stifler is an investment temp who takes cruel verbal abuse from his employer. Meanwhile, high school senior Kara is searching for a guy to lose your virginity to, and Finch reminisces about the evening he had with Stifler’s mom.
